ZOI Garden  is a FULLY 'ADA' Compliant Room located on the Ground Floor; and also for those who avoid 'Stairs'.

For those that Travel with (ALL*) their 4 legged KIDS - Like US!  ~~ There is an additional $25.00 is for ALL your 'KIDS' ( Within Reason!! ) and is needed to offset the Frequent, additional cleaning of the Window Treatments, Rugs, Bedspreads, Etc., to assure Maximum Cleanliness of your room... And the additional time to 'Change Out' the room for 'Pets Guests'!

A Large room, 225 sq. ft., with its own Outside Entrance!  A Reserved parking space if Requested!! And Your Own Private Outside Deck!!

and is our only room with a Private Outside Entrance and its 'OWN' Private Outside Deck!!

             The French Doors open onto a Deck that overlooks 'Zoi Garden'... our 'Borzoi Playground'.  This 'Playground' is also available to our 'Guest Pets' with PRIOR Notice to Us !!  It is essential that we Know when the 'Guest Pet(s)' would like to use the 'Playground'... Our Borzoi are NOT MEAN... but to them: "Who's in OUR Playground?"

The bathroom has All the required Handicapped features!

The Policies!

Basics 

Normally Check-In is 3 - 6 PM... Later may be Arranged!

Earlier, we are normally Running / Doing the MANY errands and tasks needed to keep YOU and Our Bed and Breakfast HAPPY!! 

'Check-Out' is 'Around' 11:00 AM  -  We need to have the rooms READY for our  'Check-In' at 3:00 PM !!

WELL Mannered Children over the age of ~~ 5 are welcome (Inquire) /  PETS are permitted in our 'PET Friendly' Rooms!!

The INN is 100% NON SMOKING!!! However, SMOKING IS Allowed OUTSIDE... In  Smoking Areas away from the House.

In General!

One Night's Lodging or 50% of the stay...whichever is Greater, will be charged to your Credit Card at the time of your Booking.

'A CANCELLATION'

In the unfortunate event that you must postpone your visit (cancel) with Reasonable notice, we shall gladly Reschedule your stay to a more convenient date. Or if you prefer, your deposit may be refunded in the form of a GIFT CERTIFICATE (fully transferable... with NO expiration date) for future redemption if you cancel at least 15 days prior to your arrival date and cancellation must be in writing (or eMail).   If cancellation is less than 15 days, and your room is Not Re-Booked, the FULL Amount may be charged to your credit card.  There will be no refund for early departure.
