Basics

Check-In is 3 - 6 PM... Later may be arranged! Earlier, We are normally Running / Doing the MANY errands to keep YOU and Our Bed and Breakfast HAPPY!!

'Check-Out' is 11:00 AM - We need to have the rooms READY for our 'Check-In' at 3:00 PM !!

WELL Mannered Children over the age of ~8 are welcome.

PETS are permitted in our 'PET Friendly' Rooms!!

The INN is 100% NON SMOKING!!! However, SMOKING IS Allowed OUTSIDE... In a Smoking Area away from the House.

'Deposits and Cancellations'

In General!

One Night's Lodging or 50% of the stay...whichever is Greater, will be charged to your Credit Card at the time of your Booking.

'A CANCELLATION'

In the unfortunate event that you must cancel, with Reasonable notice, we prefer to Reschedule your visit to a more convenient date. However, deposits are refundable in the form of a Gift Certificate for future redemption if you cancel at least 15 days prior to your arrival date and cancellations must be in writing (or eMail). If cancellation is less than 15 days, and your room is Not Re-Booked, the FULL Amount will be charged to your credit card.

The 2nd Weekend in October, Mount Dora Hosts one of its Most Popular Events... The 3 Day Annual 'Bicycle Fest' !

We Still Have Availability for the 2010, ' CENTENNIAL ' Bicycle Fest !

The past 2009 event a GREAT 'Group' from South Florida 'took' the entire house:

Then on the 4th Weekend - October also Hosts the 2 Day Annual 'CRAFT FAIR' !

and we Still Have Availability for the 2010, ' CENTENNIAL' CRAFT FAIR !

Downtown Mount Dora is closed to vehicular traffic, and Vendors 'Set-Up' on the Streets of TOWN! There was suppose to have been over 500 this year... If you spend 5 minutes in HALF (250) of the booths... That would take over 20 1/2 HOURS (Not Counting the time EATING at the Many FOOD Vendors and Permanent Restaurants in 'Town')!!

And these are ONLY 5 of the DOZEN STREETS!!!
