Charcoal Grilled Pork Tenderloin w/ jägersauce (Hunter's Sauce)... made from Fresh, local Portobello Mushrooms  

(NOTE: A Half 'Cornish Game Hen' may be requested instead of the Tenderloin for no additional cost)

 FRESH Organic French Beans with a REAL Bacon Vinaigrette

'New Potatoes'... gently simmered in Rosemary, Butter and Garlic, then lightly sautéed in a lemon-garlic butter
