An absolutely PERFECT, Classic, 'VERY' Moon Lit Lagoon with Lone Palm... and MUCH More!! 

We have 2 'Couch-Sized' Hairs... And have room for only ONE! This is a Fantastic 60's Hair... It is as 'Just Painted'!

This Painting is 100% Original...on UPSON, Typical 'HIGHWAYMEN' Crown Molding Frame!

Most of the Original 'TAPE' is still there!

 A HAIR  'Scratched' into the paint...

New 'Hangers' have been added...but the original 'Eye Screws' are still there!

These are Very Special... A Large MATCHING Pair of Alfred Hairs...

We Love THESE! Quoting Kelvin Hair, Alfred's son, "These look like they were painted Yesterday!"  And now displayed on our third floor hall.

Downsizing from a 9200+ ft² INN / Home... we would like to 'downsize' our collection of 115 Highwaymen Paintings; most likely, we shall not have a suitable wall to display these 2 paintings!!

BUT... Then again...We May....

We acquired these from a couple that purchased them directly from Alfred in the late 1960s... As seen Below in their 'Bare Form'!!

These two NEVER had the 'ORIGINAL Highwaymen Frames'... since they were painted for the Original Buyers!  NOTE: No Frame marks on the board !

The condition of these paintings is 100+%.  Absolutely FLAWLESS !!

One is signed 'A HAIR'... the other is Unsigned. However, even without knowing their history; there is no DOUBT, that not only were they painted by Alfred... But at the Same TIME!!   The paint colors are they same! The UPSON board is the same! The Frames are obviously the same! The 'Moon Lit' Lagoon scene is the same! And... Of Course... they both were, without a doubt, painted by Alfred Hair !  

Also included, will be a letter of Authenticity from Kelvin Hair... Alfred's son.

 When 'Dry'...they went to the framer; the buyer told me, he paid more for the frames than he did for the PAINTINGS !   

On 'UPSON' of COURSE !! -  24" x 36" - Overall Framed - 32.5" x 44.5"

The painting on the left is 'As Purchased' with the framers paper backing and 'STICKER'; the one on te right has had the paper backing removed... the Framer's 'STICKER' is in the 'BAGGIE'!

The 'Subject' of these paintings is NOT uncommon... However... These are 'NEW' / 'MINT' / 'Painted YESTERDAY' !!  And Extremely... UNCOMMON !!
