Minor 'Damage' to one of the (Above Left) Latches - The 'Lock-Down' tab has been Broken Off.

Most of the Rubber Seals are included... Still flexible, but they will need replacing!!  Back in the 50's and 60's... Rubber Seals were not very specialized... It will NOT be difficult to find replacements!!
