Being original... these are 50+ Years Old !! Most studs are useable... enough to secure them 'firmly' to the rocker panels. The 'Rubber' inserts are 'HARD'... they are NOT 'Falling Apart'... But I doubt they could be Removed (and then RE-USED) to insert new 'Studs'!  I would SOAK them in 'Armor All' before using in any case... They might even 'Soften-Up' enough to be removed !?!
